While we strive to provide continuous service, interruptions may occur due to technical issues or maintenance. We recommend backing up all files externally. Digitizingmill is not liable for service disruptions.
By purchasing products or services through our site, you agree to provide accurate payment details and authorize us to charge your selected method.
We may refuse or cancel orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized transactions. Declined payments may delay your delivery.
Files are typically delivered within one business day. If your delivery date falls on a scheduled holiday, files will be delivered the next business day.
Delivery is via email. Please check your spam or junk folder if you haven’t received it.
All files are hand-digitized based on your submitted image and provided instructions. Please double-check all information before submitting your order, as this will be used to create your file.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you’re not satisfied, contact us within 30 days of your purchase to request a possible refund.
You confirm that you own or have rights to any content provided for digitizing or vector creation. Do not upload or request digitizing of copyrighted material unless you have written permission from the original copyright holder.
We are not responsible for any damage to garments during or after the digitizing process.
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Digitizingmill shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including, but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
We reserve the right to terminate your account at any time, without notice, for any behavior that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to others or to Digitizingmill.
